Position Overview: Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative

As part of the Amtex Insurance team, you’ll work directly with customers to help them protect what matters most. This role combines customer service, sales support, and relationship building in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with auto insurance inquiries related to coverage, billing, and claims

  • Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately

  • Providing quotes for new and existing customers following company and underwriting guidelines

  • Educating clients on coverage options to ensure proper protection

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Collaborating with underwriters, agents, and team members to resolve customer needs efficiently

  • Staying up to date on industry regulations, company policies, and available products

  • Handling inbound calls professionally and making outbound follow-up calls on leads

  • Identifying customer needs and offering tailored insurance solutions

  • Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Limited Lines Auto Insurance License (or ability to obtain upon hire)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support to join our team.
