Position Overview:

● Assist customers with inquiries related to auto insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims. ● Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. ● Provide quotes for new and existing customers following company and underwriting guidelines. ● Educate clients on available coverage options to ensure they are properly protected. ● Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. ● Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and team members to resolve customer needs quickly. ● Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and available products. ● Answer incoming calls professionally and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries. ● Identify customer needs and concerns, offering solutions that best fit their situation. ● Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, especially regarding data protection.

Qualifications:

● Active Texas Limited Lines Auto Insurance License required (or ability to obtain upon hire). ● Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. ● Must be 18 years of age or older. ● Previous experience in auto insurance sales or customer service preferred. ● Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
