\n\u25cf Provide quotes for new and existing customers following company and underwriting guidelines.
\n\u25cf Educate clients on available coverage options to ensure they are properly protected.
\n\u25cf Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
\n\u25cf Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and team members to resolve customer needs quickly.
\n\u25cf Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and available products.
\n\u25cf Answer incoming calls professionally and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
\n\u25cf Identify customer needs and concerns, offering solutions that best fit their situation.
\n\u25cf Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction.
\n\u25cf Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, especially regarding data protection.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Active Texas Limited Lines Auto Insurance License required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
\n\u25cf Bilingual (English\/Spanish) required.
\n\u25cf Must be 18 years of age or older.
\n\u25cf Previous experience in auto insurance sales or customer service preferred.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
\n\u25cf Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
