We are looking for a dependable and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our Corporate Office team. This front-facing role is essential in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Position Overview:
● Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance
● Maintain and organize physical and digital records to ensure efficient document management
● Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and special assignments
● Monitor and respond to email inquiries, handle incoming mail, and manage office correspondence
● Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as needed
● Help ensure the office environment is well-maintained, stocked, and running smoothly
Qualifications:
● Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
