Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support to join our team. This role combines hands-on IT support with account and billing management, customer service, and basic system maintenance. Ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and helping others, this position is critical to keeping both our technical operations and customer relationships running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and maintain computer systems, hardware, and networks ● Install, configure, and support hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other devices ● Provide front-line customer service support to resolve user issues and inquiries ● Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity problems ● Perform routine maintenance and identify opportunities for system improvements ● Manage customer accounts and billing tasks, including processing updates and resolving issues ● Assist with financial data entry and help generate accurate reports ● Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams ● Test, evaluate, and help implement new technologies ● Ensure timely response to service tickets and support requests

Qualifications:

● Bilingual English/Spanish (required) ● 1+ year of Help Desk or IT support experience (Preferred) ● 1+ year of experience with Windows environments (Preferred) ● Experience or familiarity with account/billing systems (Preferred) ● Basic maintenance understanding and troubleshooting ● Strong communication and customer service skills ● Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities ● Willingness to travel up to 100% (Preferred)
